Our small groups are wrapping up/taking a break for Christmas and will resume again in January - we may add one or two more groups here shortly! Most groups will begin mid-late January.
We invite you into this opportunity and hope you will consider one of these groups!
We have a variety of different small group offerings this semester. There is a group for everyone! We hope that you will spend time considering the different groups and choose one to attend. If you do not feel that a group is a good fit for you, feel free to sign up for another one. You can see all the information on the group leaders, when/where they are meeting, what they are studying and childcare options, below. And even if you didn’t start at the beginning with the group, you are welcome to jump in and join them at any point!

Tuesday Night Small Group
Bryan & Jana will be hosting and leading a small group for young adults and young families in their home on the Southside on Tuesday evenings. A meal will be provided. No childcare will be provided, but children are welcome to attend and be part of the group.

Sunday Morning Small Group - Adult Bible Fellowship
Chris Hayes will be teaching a 4-week study through 1st Peter on the topic of “Being Ready” on Sunday mornings during the 1st service.

Wednesday Night Small Group
Geoffrey Waters will be leading a small group at the church on Wednesday evenings. The evening will include a large-group teaching time, followed by discussion in small groups. Once a month the group will share a potluck-style meal (please bring a main dish, side, or dessert to share). Children are welcome!

Men’s Small Group
Levi will be hosting a monthly men’s breakfast for a time of food, fellowship, and study. This year they are continuing through a book called Men on Fire, but you’re welcome to come anytime, even if you haven’t read the book. It will be an informal meeting that will allow for connections between all the men of Awaken. All men are welcome and childcare is not provided.

Ladies’ Evening Small Group
Heidi will be leading a ladies’ small group. This is open to ladies in all life stages. Childcare is not provided.

Anderson Small Group
Seth and Mary are an Alaskan-loving couple with three adorable kids. They are passionate about community and connection. Anyone is welcome to join this group! Dinner & childcare will be provided.

College/Young Adult Group
Levi & Anna love people well and love to have fun. They have three cute, energetic boys! This group is for young adults who are looking for community and guidance as they navigate life.
