Sunday School at Home
Hello families! This year, our Sunday school curriculum company has produced a fun, family experience for you and your family to use to celebrate Easter!
Here is the link to the 18 minute video, which includes two games, a creative telling of the Easter story (using laundry!), followed up with a family discussion and a fun song to end it all! This can be used with young children all the way up to teens. If you'd like to skip right to the story, it starts at 8:51 and is less than five minutes long.

Easter Feast at Home
We would love for you to participate in a feast to celebrate the life of Jesus. We encourage you to spend some time thinking about what a feast looks like for you and those in your home. We hope this can be a time of remembrance and joy in the midst of all the unknowns.
Easter Activities with Family (esp. teens!)
It’s times like these when we can really boil it down to the basics. Don’t overthink or mourn not being able to have a grand outing this Easter, instead let’s celebrate getting to spend it with the ones around us we love. Lean into what your teens are doing; pickup the extra Xbox controller, do a YouTube makeup tutorial. Also, don’t cancel your egg hunt, do it indoors with the lights off and/or blindfolds on for added difficulty.
More than anything we want you to spend time with your family celebrating the life of Christ! Have a warm and wonderful Easter celebration!
Church-wide Easter week reading plan
Starting on Monday, April 6th, we’re going through The Story of Easter on the Bible app. It will lead us right up to Easter Sunday, and here is the link with the invite to join our group:

Good Friday Communion on Facebook Live
This Friday at 7 pm, Pastor Levi will be hosting communion via Facebook live. All you’ll need to participate with us is some bread and juice/wine. If you need help obtaining these items, please send an email to awakenanchorage@gmail.com and we can arrange a delivery. For those who aren’t on Facebook, we will post the video here following communion, by about 8:00 pm.
